How much is Shipping? The shopping cart calculates shipping to where ever you are in the US or internationally.

What payment do you accept? We take Visa and Mastercard

Do you take paypal? I am sorry we do not accept paypal

Can I pay By Check? I'm afraid we no longer take payment by check or money order. Although we had plenty of orders placed for these payment options very very few people ever actually paid, which made accounting and keeping track of legitimate and none legitimate orders very difficult.

As a result we can now only accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. I am so sorry.

I'm a little unsure about shopping online, is your server secured? Once you go through to the checkout, you will notice the address changes from http: to https: to show it is a secure server.

I know some people are still a little hesitant to use their cards online, another option is the Visa Gift Card this will essentially work like a credit card, but only have as much money on it as you want to be there, this way there is no way any one will ever have access to your bank account, and it will work through the site just like a credit card.

I'm to young for a credit card, how I can I purchase from you? I know we have a few customers who have family members who place orders on their behalf. Another option is the Visa Gift Card this will essentially work like a credit card, you put a certain amount of cash on it, and you can buy them at your local bank much like a postal order.

Do you ship Internationally? Yup sure do! the shopping cart will calculate your shipping just the same as with domestic orders!

Kanzashi Questions

Why are the kanzashi so expensive? The reason the prices can seem high is the amount of labor that goes into each piece. It takes on average about 8 hours to make each pin

Do you do Custom kanzashi? Due to the current work load, I am not currently able to take any custom kanzashi orders at this time.

Where did you learn to make these kanzashi? I thought myself from start to finish.

Are there any books/sites on how to make kanzashi? I wish, if there were it wouldn't have taken me any where near as long to learn.
