In 2006 I stopped selling kanzashi, but I never stopped making them! I started up Kanzashi♥Core as a little site where I could share my on going kanzashi adventures! The first project has been to build a complete calendar of maiko kanzashi. Since even though all the maiko wear kanzashi with the same selection of flowers, not all kanzashi makers interpret each flower in the same way. I thought it might be interesting to see how my own interpretations turn out? |

Of course, it's not all about traditional Japanese designs! I'll be growing several mini galleries filled with my own contemporary designs, and these will be the most fun galleries of all! Yup I still love kanzashi making, and there'll always be a place to get your kanzashi fix in at Kanzashi♥Core!
